Technical skill is essential to the successful repair of your endoscopy equipment. Our service division is headed up by Mr. Frank Majerowicz, one of the founding partners and President of the original FiberTech for 10 years. He has over 15 years of experience in the repair and maintenance of endoscopy equipment. In addition, our service technicians have extensive backgrounds working on flexible endoscopes and continue to update their skills through OEM training classes.

All equipment is returned to you with a detailed and easy to understand service report. In addition, FiberTech developed “PROFILE PLUS” – an extensive computer generated report that provides detailed information of your repair history and expenses, an invaluable tool for managing your repair budget.

EDUCATION
    Helping You to Help Your Patients!

To help you reduce the frequency of repairs and improve the operations of your endoscopy unit we provide ongoing training and education for all staff members. Training can be provided right at your facility and can cover topics such as Proper handling, cleaning and disinfection, and leak testing. Programs can also be custom tailored to meet your specific needs.

LOANER EQUIPMENT
FiberTech maintains an inventory of loaner endoscopes for all brands of manufacturers to provide support when your equipment is out for longer periods.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
FiberTech expressly warrants all work performed for a period of 120 days following the date of repair and will cover any defects in workmanship including parts and labor. Any warranty and or refund is conditioned upon the return of the equipment to FiberTech.
