• On-Site Scope Inspections
Every six months, a FiberTech representative will conduct on-site inspections of all your endoscopic equipment. This will insure all your equipment is at peak performance and help spot minor problems before they become costly major repairs.

• Educational In-Services
As needed, FiberTech will conduct preventive maintenance training for your staff.

• Quarterly Activity Reports
Each quarter you will automatically receive a detailed report reviewing all repair activity. This may assist in spotting trends and pointing out areas in need of improvement.

• Extended Warranty
Our standard 120 warranty will be extended by 30 days to give you greater piece of mind.

• Partner Plus Credits
Join “Partner Plus” for one year and receive all these benefits – PLUS – get a 10% rebate in credit on all your repair expenditures with FiberTech to be applied towards future repair services.

PARTNER PLUS DETAILS

1. This program is not a binding agreement.
2. This form must be completed and on file at FiberTech to receive Partner Plus credits.
3. Your Program Anniversary Date becomes the day FiberTech receives this form. Partner Plus credits will be issued and available for use each year on your anniversary date.
4. This program will automatically cancel and all credits forfeited if there is 6 months with no repair activity.
5. Partner Plus credits are calculated by multiplying your total repair expenditures (excluding freight charges) accumulated with FiberTech on an annual basis by ten percent.
6. Credits can be applied towards all services offered by FiberTech.
7. FiberTech reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time. In the event FiberTech discontinues this program – the current balance of your Partner Plus credits will be calculated and immediately applied to your account.
8. You will receive an update of your credit balance with your quarterly activity reports.
